While there, my team and I assessed compressed air, ammonia, refrigeration, boilers, hot water RTUs, anaerobic digestion, blowers, DAFs, mechanical drives, and conveyors. Then, we would make recommendations.

For example, from a 12,000hp refrigeration system, our team recaptured over $300,000 per year in diminished energy savings by refining set-points. And personally, I got to redesign a beef-byproduct processing line to synchronize with plant takt-time, saving roughly $80,000 per year in labor.
